I cannot recommend Claire at Lizzie May Events highly enough. She and Lydia made my day perfect. I contacted Claire because St Ives Golf Club where me and my husband got married recommended her. I had never used a planner before for anything but Lizzie May Events were so professional, approachable and affordable, it was the best decision that I made regarding our wedding day. I contacted her a year before our wedding and quite simply she bought my vision to life. The Venue was in a beautiful setting but it’s not like one of the grand wedding venues we all see on Instagram these days and so Claire created my dream for me. We had a few meetings together-she always gets back to you and I handed everything over to her - including our stunning flowers, and so I felt absolutely no stress - even on the day! The room was beautifully decorated, flowers and button holes delivered to the groom and his son-she basically ran the show. On the day she was there for us to co ordinate everything so that as a bride I could just enjoy our day and all our guests-she handled everything seamlessly-the jazz band, welcome drinks, DJ, buffet - it flowed because of Claire. This was our second time around getting married but I can honestly say that I have never felt so special. Lizzie May Events are worth the investment for your event or special occasion and I would definitely use her again in the future. Thank you Claire xxx

Very helpful here! I called before hand to ask a question and when I arrived the lady had everything to hand that I needed.. the confetti balloons were perfect. I would suggest calling them if you need something particular as it’s surprising how much stock they have hidden in boxes out of sight! (Think it’s called being organised) but obviously the customers can’t see these bits and bobs 🥳🎉🎊🎈🎁🎀🛍
