Went in and asked about photocopying, very stern and blank 'yes'. Had to say 'so can I get some done' Commenced to do so for me, didn't crack a smile and made me feel a lot like an inconvenience. Didn't have time to go elsewhere but will definitely drive much further if needed to avoid and give my business to somewhere who has the basics on customer service.

I needed to print a large format family tree in a hurry. I e-mailed Lisa and she quickly replied. I received a quote and the tree was printed that very same day. She even went out of her way to post it to me first class with Royal Mail. I am very grateful for such a great service and high standard of professionalism. Great printing service, quality and great price! We used them for printing our wedding invitations. They formatted it for us, printed and cut as required which was a bonus. Very fast and comunicating well with us.
