I had to share this review immediately! Went into store yesterday (07/09) in Norwich and couldn't be looked after more. I turned 38 yesterday and thought it was time to really start looking after my skin. The two ladies in there couldn't be more accommodating (sorry, I didn't catch your names) one of the girls asked questions about my skin type and demonstrated samples. She was really engaged and displayed a real care and passion for what she was doing. The other lady (the manager) was also very knowledgeable and it was obvious also has a passion for what she does. I bought a set suited to my skin advised by these ladies and have used it this morning and wow! I can see an instant difference! My skin looks glassy and radient! Yes, I know price point may seem a little high for some but I have used the tiniest amount and it has gone a long way so really when you do the math it makes sense. I have never used this brand before but after the first application and thanks to the care and treatment from these beautiful ladies I will most certainly be a repeating customer! To the ladies who served me, thank you so much for your time and expertise! Keep up the good work.

I went in for the first time on Tuesday with my boyfriend and the customer service was so lovely! The staff let us try their hand cream and offered us any help we needed. They packed our purchase’s beautifully and gave us some free samples too. You really can’t get better lip balm and hand cream anywhere else!

I am absolutely delighted with the extremely high level of customer service I received when visiting L'OCCITANE in Norwich this afternoon (Sunday 11th July '21).
The professional and informative sales assistant was so very helpful and guided me through the perfect choice of gift for my mothers birthday. I settled on a rose themed gift set which was beautifully packaged, I can't wait to present this gift.
I'm also so impressed with the company's stance on sustainability with the option to buy 'lifetime' bottles and refills on certain products as well as a recycling option available for used plastic bottles.
I had a really wonderful experience and I recommend this store highly for its friendly and helpful staff as well as fantastic products and ethos.

Lovely shop with friendly, helpful staff and excellent products. Very difficult to walk past!! I always want to call in when I'm in the vicinity. Great both for personal skin care items and also for beautifully wrapped gifts.
