I purchased the photo booth from them and the led 30 for my party, and it was honestly amazing, everybody at my party were having so much fun taking photos, i had scrap book where guests could write a note and glue there photos in, was a lovely touch, the lady who came along was also so lovely and friendly.

So I found this Gem of a shop with all my needs to make my Sons Birthday special. We had a Mario&Luigi theme Birthday Party and required some Mascots to hire. I met the lovely lady in the shop that assisted me with what I needed. I must say she was very Professional and gave Expectional Customer Service in what I required. Anything you need to make a fabulous party, is all here. Thanks to Love My Event for making my Son (Ashley) birthday extra special with your help.

We ordered the rental buzz for our little ones 3rd birthday party and it just made his day. He was sad to see buz go, but love my event kindly amended the dates so that we could keep buzz a few days extra, so buz turned up at the house for his actual birthday too. The costume was brilliant and quite easy to put on as it comes in sections. We would highly recommend love my event and the buzz costume. All the kids and parents couldn't wait to have their pictures with buzz. It was the cherry on top.

I hired a Zuma costume for my 4 year olds birthday party and would highly recommend the company. I booked the hire through their other company name ‘party mascot hire’. I did have concerns initially as I didn’t receive a confirmation email and received no response to emails or calls sent to the details on their website. I could only contact them through instagram and couldn’t find any reviews at all for ‘party mascot hire’. After contacting the company through instagram and maybe being a bit dramatic I did get a response pretty much straight away and they assured me they have my order. The costume was brilliant and the delivery was fast. It would have been nice to receive a confirmation email or to have a note on the website/ instagram account to say that they mainly operate under a different name so that I wouldn’t have panicked. Aside from this I can’t fault the outfit or the delivery and the staff were very polite with my perhaps dramatic outburst. Thank you for making the party great! I’ll definitely recommend you!

We did not get what was advertised from this company. We hired their photo booth for a couple of hours for our wedding day. Before our day, communication was poor, we called to check in with them after emails were not responded too. After which their reply was "if you don't hear from us that means there's no problems" which isn't ideal when we simply wanted confirmation. On the day itself, we were told that we would receive a guest book, with photos & guests signing their photos with a message on. Instead, the book we received was damaged, only had 4 photos, 2 of them stuck in wonky, 1 upside down & the messages were written in thick felt tip pen, so they were unreadable. The worker on the day did not encourage anyone to sign the book & at one point was even sitting on the book. After putting a complaint in & asking for all the photos from the evening, we got little to no communication. And after chasing up a second & third time, they finally provided us with our photos on the day. Our wedding was in August of this year, & we are still waiting for a response to our complaint. Because of them we do not have a signed guest book.

Kirsty and Caitlin did an amazing job setting up balloon and LED display for my daughter’s 1st birthday! They did exactly what I asked for and more, and were lovely chatty girls. I highly recommend for any special event!

Absolute joke of a company. Me and my wife used them for our wedding and their equipment was faulty. Nothing was PAT tested. Left trip hazards. Dance floor had cracks and didn't work properly.

When emailing them with a complaint they weren't bothered about the poor service they provided.

Would not recommend using them.

Amazing support from start to finish for today's charity event for Matts Mission Children's Charity. Highly recommended.
