Excellent balloons! I ordered a frozen balloon for my niece and it came out spectacular and she absolutely loved it. Really great value for money and brilliant communication, would recommend!

Great service and they are happy to help. I have previously used Lucy Lou's but not for a number of years. I contacted Lucy Lou's with only a few days notice and they were able to accommodate me with a beautiful decorative balloon for a leavers party. Would highly recommend.

Unhelpful, rude and terrible service.

I have just bought a balloon from Lucy Lou’s. The lady in the shop was happy to sell me the balloon and I paid over £12. She explained she would put less helium in the balloon due to the heat, and it was floating for a minute in the shop. On return to my house following a short 5 minute journey in the car, the balloon had deflated to a point that it was not even floating.

I called the shop hoping they would be receptive of providing more helium for the balloon. On answer, the lady told me that “ I must have caught the balloon in the car” and there must be a hole in it that I had caused. She then told me it’s not her responsibility once the balloon leaves the shop. I assured her I had not caught the balloon and travelled a short distance with the air con on in the car as she advised. On inspection there appears to be no visible hole in the balloon that I could have caused with being extremely careful on a 5 minute car journey.

She then told me she had been reluctant to do the balloons in the heat for people though she HAD NOT informed me of this prior to purchase.

When asked, she informed me that she “could” put more helium in it, at a cost to me- as her helium is expensive, but told me she was going to be closing the shop now.

I will not be going back and would not recommend to others. Extremely unhelpful and rude and a total waste of my money.

Kelly supplied the decorations for my daughter’s 21 st party. We had light up numbers decorated with a balloon arch and some table decorations. The arch and numbers were amazing! Loads of balloons and beautifully put together. They were a real centrepiece and so many of our guests commented on them. Kelly was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process from choosing them to order and delivery. I would definitely recommend her services

Polite, efficient, professional. Not much more to say really! Highly recommended. I only purchased the one personalised balloon, but fantastic service. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
