Nadia was super helpful shipping me an auction item, something I'd not done before and was therefore cautious about. I needn't have worried - she explained it all clearly, was responsive via email and phone, co-ordinated with the auction house and got the item dispatched within an hour of me paying. She even phoned on delivery day to make sure the item had arrivced safe;y which it had, extremely well wrapped. Would definitely use again - thank you !

Fantastic value for money. It's very simple - Nadi and her team will save you time, energy and effort when it comes to all things shipping, including the packaging. To be able to drop things with her, ask her to package and send and just send an e-mail that I pay makes such a huge difference to me and my business. I won't go anywhere else!

A top-notch service, excellent communication and a team that takes pride in their work. I brought a large quantity of china at an auction, and James packed every cup and saucer (around 400 items in total) around in tissue and then added a couple of layers of cushioning wrap paper and more recyclable brown paper around on top, bottom and sides of the cardboard box. Every single item arrived in perfect condition.
