The shop is vibrant, bright, modern, spacious, huge, sleek, clean, tidy, hygienic, elegant and very secure with all the cameras in shop which is absolutely and they have full of chocolate selection to choose from that you like to pay and take home. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, well mannered, welcoming, supportive, sociable, understanding, respectful and considerate people that you will make friends for life. The Dubai chocolate that ordered from this company on Amazon app UK cost £16.90 including postage and handling but with VAT it came up to £21.89 that I ordered on the Wednesday 11th December 2024 and arrived on Friday 13th December 2024 with amazing delivery system. As they say quality over quantity and if you want premium chocolate then you should be prepared to pay for premium price because what you see is what you get for your money. If you want to buy it, buy it now before it runs out until they make it again for you to buy it.

I recently purchased a Kunafa & Pistachio chocolate bar from Maison Samadi ifor just under £20. Given the premium price and the brand’s reputation, I was really looking forward to indulging in this treat. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the package arrived damaged, and the chocolate itself was broken.

This completely ruined the experience I had anticipated. A key part of enjoying such a luxurious product is the presentation and the ability to savor it in its intended form, and I felt robbed of that experience. The quality of the packaging did not seem to align with the high price point, and it left me questioning the value of this purchase.

For such an expensive and premium product, I expected far better care in its packaging and delivery to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail in these areas has left me really, really disappointed.

I recently visited Maison Samadi, and it was an amazing experience! The chocolates were absolutely delicious( Dubai chocolates)
and of premium quality. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Marie, who went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service. After a long wait, due to Evri not being able to deliver the first order, I finally got the Dubai chocolate.
I have bought it previously from its origin-Dubai and I can say it is exactly the same quality and taste!

My Son treated me to the pistachio kunafa bars for Christmas. It was mostly delicious; except for the strong taste of cinnamon. I hate cinnamon! It isn’t listed in the ingredients so came as an unpleasant surprise. Lovely otherwise.

Incomparable in elegance and taste! Honestly my visit to Maison Samadi was a great experience. Such a wonderful family run and elegant business. Beautiful chocolates. Never have I seen such a lovely and varied selection of different flavours. The presentation is marvellous and the personal service provided by the staff and owners is superb. 5 out 5 stars for sure. Very tasteful and unique. A must see! They provide incredible gift boxes for every special event on the calendar and provide personalised orders also!
