Went in today to order for our wedding. I dont drink. But the staff were so accommodating and walked us through all our options and gave excellent recommendations. We look forward to placing an order with their sister store for our wedding! Chiswick store is even dog friendly which is always awesome!

Went in for a dinner party selection of wines and left very happy. Finished with a very exciting box of six bottles.

Boon is the man! He offered some excellent advice and also helped me save a load of money.

Have switched to using this branch as my local one closed a couple of months ago.
This was my second visit (my first was a few Saturday’s ago) & I have to say that the shopping experience couldn’t have been more different!
The first visit was ok to browse the shelves & select a number of wines that we hadn’t tried before. The staff were also quite attentive & friendly. However on my second visit I found it much more unpleasant an experience due to the loud music which frankly was unnecessary & together with my wife we couldn’t get out of the store quickly enough to get away from it!!
It’s so frustrating that we experienced this & will make me think twice about shopping in this store again.
Regarding the wine (which is really what I came into the store for…not to have the loud music give me a headache!!!), we found some areas rather underrepresented like light Loire reds which at this time of the year I would have expected a greater choice given they’re more of a summer tipple. We did however manage to buy more of a good Bardolino which I had previously purchased.

It's a nice store and the staff are good to help you find things. They have these little suggestion cards to help you find similar wines as well as tasting posts throughout the store so you can try different wines to see if you are going to like them.

not only is majestic the best wine store but this is also the best majestic branch 🥰 beautiful wines, wonderful team who are total oenophiles. one day it was raining and the majestic rep lent me an umbrella! so now I basically will only buy wine here.
