I came across this company a while ago on TikTok and decided to order a cake topper from the website for my daughter's birthday. It was personalised and included a photo of my daughter as well as her favourite frozen characters. I was so impressed with the topper and sprinkles. All our family and friends commented on how amazing the cake was and thought we'd had the cake made professionally, with no idea it was just a Costco cake! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Awful service - ordered a cake topper for Costco landscape cake, sent photo, topper arrived portrait.
Emailed over to query this, was advised photo was printed as I sent it - even though the cake is clearly a landscape shaped cake. Bazaar, emailed over was advised it’s in their terms to print either way. Seems lazy to not just adjust or ask for another photo but hey ho.

Queried with them why the quality was so bad, sent them a photo of the topper it was supposed to be a bold bright topper as per the photo I sent and arrived dull and grey. I assume they ran out of ink? Gave them 2 weeks to resolve and nothing, no answer on shop phone and shop never open. It seems the negative reviews online are all valid unfortunately.

Came across Makes Liverpool on TikTok. Amazing company, daughter’s 6th birthday party cake looked amazing. I ordered a topper on the website & bought my own cake. Topper was here in a matter of days after ordering & was packaged well to stop any damage. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

5 little stars doesn't do this place justice. Placed an order for a cake topper at 10:30 with a simple brief and it was complete and ready for collection by 12:30. Absolutely incredible service, we found them because we had an emergency and they've definitely got long term customers from this!
