Great experience - I ended up getting custom frames made for my foreign parachute wings with them. All custom made and cut and they charged a very reasonable price. Top job

dodgy, rude, terrible customer service - no respect for me as a customer, acted like it was my fault my parcel got stolen and not royal mail’s. refused to even open an investigation with them which is the minimum you expect from a trustworthy seller.

Exceptional team who deal with very simple to extraordinary complex requests. I put a piece in that had some key sentimental items for mounting, and Mark took over 40 mins designing with me the ideal layout and setup for them.
The level of care and attention was second to none.
I encountered a small glitch with the frame that was rectified, sorted, and back to me in record time. This was nothing on the craftsmanship on their work but rather a fault with a fixing. The care the team put in is great, and I have worked with them on many projects.
All communication is efficient, timely, and well responded to.

Mark made picture frame mounts to a particular size for me, which where perfect - just what I needed! Excellent service, great coms even when I initially got the size wrong?! Can highly recommend and will be using again in the future 😃👍
