I am delighted at the experience of creating a bespoke engagement ring with Lucy and the Marmalade team!

The end result was gorgeous, and the process was a joy from the beginning. Marmalade offer a hands-on, personal service - taking the time to understand their client’s needs, and walking them through the many options (that includes original designs, vintage pieces, and a bespoke service). Communication was prompt, efficient and discreet (which was essential as the proposal was a surprise). The handmade, one-off ring was ready in less than a month!

What a wonderful experience! Simon did a fantastic job of reimagining and updating my great aunt’s diamond ring. Not only is the new design sympathetic to the original, it is now a modern piece that I will wear all the time. Simon was patient, thoughtful and creative throughout. We have bought several beautiful pieces at Marmalade both for myself and for gifts. Recently I worked with Simon to create a stunnning diamond gold ring. I had some general ideas about what I would like and Simon spent time with me, patiently, over several visits, sourcing different stone options to put ideas into practice. Simon wants you to LOVE the jewellery, and I LOVE the ring, it is completely unique and the quality of work and stones are amazing. Simon made sure that costs were transparant throughout. I am always grateful for the high level of aftercare that Simon and his team provide, offering to clean and check jewellery etc. He has pieces for all budgets and a bespoke service if you have something in mind that you don't see. Needed to replace a well loved bead necklace that we bought in 2006 as a wedding gift. We have long since "retired to the Country" from Chiswick, but always enjoyed buying from Marmalade when we lived there. So, when a replacement was needed, where else would (could 🙂 ) we go?
