Order arrived in 3 days as specified delighted with ribbon and cellophanealso prices were very good as a retired florist.i do a lot of wrapping and putting bows on gifts and hampers for the McMillan nurses and local hospice all donated from local people therefore price is paramount.

We were absolutely delighted with the first class service! We had an abundance of fresh flowers which matched our requirements for my son's wedding. Simple order for three 13 cm aluminium gravestone vases turned into a joke. Order did arrive - tops did not fit vase (quite simply they was not a match) - reported problem and "lads" in the warehouse said that's how they got them from their supplier. Not really my problem. They tried lids and then suggested, via sales desk, that if I bend them a bit round the sides then they might fit. They claimed they may have been flattened out during transit to their warehouse, ha ha. Anyway sales said they would speak to "lads" in the warehouse again - that was two weeks ago. Must be a big warehouse!! If you don't want someone having a joke at your expense then avoid this lot.

i was a first time customer. I paid for next day delivery. Did not arrive phoned up to see where my order was only to be told it was all out of stock! asked for a refund still waiting for my refund! not a very professional service!!
