If you are into your arts and crafts then this is one of the places to come. One of those stores that if they haven't got it I would be surprised. Clean store, pleasant staff and well stocked. All ages catered for product wise.

With JoAnne’s going out of business, Michael’s is left standing. This place used to be struggling too, but when I was there I was happily surprised to see the place fully stocked with good products. Still under-staffed; had to wait about 10 minutes for help in the custom photo area, but at least they still have one.

I love the store because it was clean, has many supplies stocked,and a few self checkout registers. Mini cute craft items and home kitchen ceramics, etc that are unique for gifts and cute home accessories. It took a little bit of time for some fabric to be cut. But, it was during the holiday season. Overall a wonderful experience.

Michelle at the front is extremely rude and un helpful.. I simply brought my pickup order to the front to see if I could get it early. Instead of just telling me, sorry unfortunately we can’t but I’ll put this paper aside so no one buys it like I asked. She presented a bad attitude, ignored me, and refused to even act like she wanted to help me. 👎🏼

I had a marvelous experience twice with a framer named Tracy in your store… Very knowledgeable, very, very helpful, and patient and made sure I got a quality product that I’m quite pleased with while really going out of her way to do it. I returned and she was equally helpful… Very much looking forward to coming back again

I don't know why you continue to ask these questions when nothing, and I mean nothing, ever changes. And honestly, this is becoming more obvious as an upper management issue at the corporate level. It's apparent that you've done little to correct these situations because it's a repeat scenario almost every time. But, yet again, and since you asked . . . .

On my most recent visit, when I attempted to ask your assistant manager a question, she all but shooshed me. She curtly told me to "wait a minute" while she finished up something on her phone. She didn't even make eye contact. And when she finally did, she answered with a clipped, terse response. I just walked away from her, with her lame excuse of a response trailing behind me.

When I was checking out, I attempted to use my $20 "appreciation" store credit as an apology from YOU for my previous less-than-satisfactory visit. Long story short, the associate at the register tried three times to get the credit to go through and couldn't. I told her, and showed her, that she was missing the 3 digits below the longer number and each time, she told me those numbers weren't necessary. On the third failed attempt, she then implied that I'd probably used the store credit and just didn't remember. How insulting. At this point, I asked her to call the manager, who took an inordinate amount of time to come forward---nothing new there---but when she did, she testily informed the register associate that she hadn't input all the numbers. REALLY. Absolutely no apologies were given by the store manager or the associate, while a long line of obviously disgruntled customers backed up behind me during this 10-15 minute disaster. They apparently declined to use the self-checkout.

Your stores simply are not staffed with employees interested in assisting customers and probably never will be because obviously you've not taken the necessary steps to thwart this behavior. And lest you assume that I'm the only customer who feels this way, I would suggest you pay a few "undercover" visits to your own stores. It's a real eye-popper.

So in the end, please don't keep making these pointless inquiries unless you intend to actually act upon them.

This particular Michaels was well stocked and clean. Due to the fact that Halloween had just passed and with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming items were divided up due to season. Great sales on Halloween decor.
