Multiple orders were late and when they did arrive it was printed upside down and the spine of the book was broken. Shame as we always used Mixam for books and their service was really good. I know delays happen and machines break, but it shouldn't be up to the consumer to chase thier orders.

Placed my first order with Mixam UK and I am so very happy with the results. I am brand new to designing items for printing and not great with the technology at all but I am learning. With help of my husband we managed to complete the order, fix the files to be sent for printing without needing to call for assistance. However this is a service available for customers should they need it. I have opened my delivery of my first colouring books. It's all very exciting. I can only praise the great service :) - apart from our struggles initially with files it has been on pretty stress free. I definitely recommend this company for your printing needs. Take a look at the great range if services they offer. Price wise it's brilliant too. When you are starting out with a tiny budget as I am, value for money is more than excellent. Items were printed dispatched and delivered in the timeframe given. My order arrived safely. Products printed exactly how expected and any flaws are solely from my end. I have learned so much using this wonderful company and expect to be placing regular orders in the future. Thanks so much :)

Mixam had exceptional customer service and whenever I had a problem they were very attentive and responsive. The customer service team worked incredibly hard to ensure that the problem was resolved, which it certainly was. They truly went above and beyond. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a couple of attempts to resolve the printing issue. I appreciate this was out of the customer service teams hands and they probably were just as frustrated as me. I think Mixam really needs to focus on ensuring on the quality of control checks are further tightened to stop banding/printing issues from making it to the customer. (Maybe this was partly due to Christmas high demands and backlog? Or I was just unlucky!) They offer an amazing service and when there are no printing issues the quality was absolutely fantastic. Please don’t let yourselves down on something very avoidable!!!

I am so impressed and would use Mixam again. I am really happy with the books we received today which we purchased as a gift for our Godsons 1st birthday. 1) The software to assist you in creating your book is great 2) I caused an issue and they went over and beyond to assist me in getting this fixed 3) Team easily contactable 4 The quality you get is brilliant 5) I am amazed at what has been produced for the price - x4 books for approx £40 I highly recommend and I will be using Mixam again. Thank you Mixam team!

So pleased with my purchase. I was very worried about what the quality would look like as I had a bad experience with Vista Print. The customer service and communication was amazing. I will definitely be using Mixam again.

Mixam's print quality is good but orders are regularly late and notice is often not given until the day before they are due to arrive. I would recommend them if you are very flexible with time but not if you are under any kind of deadline. My most recent order was delayed by 4 days which i was informed of at 6:30PM when they were due the following morning, despite contacting them 4 times that day to make sure it would be on time. I don't understand why they promise delivery dates that they regularly can't deliver on. It's a shame because they are otherwise a reputable company with good print quality and decent prices - I have recommended them to many friends but having been let down for the third time in three weeks, I think I will be parting ways with them.

First time printing a comic and Mixams interface was really east to use and meant I didn't have to use any page design software. Seeing a proof of how it would look was great too. The comics arrived on time and the quality was great! Very quick customer service too. Would definetly recommend.

Bad customer service, print quality is ok but printing times are awful. Weeks to deliver an order with no updates, customer service can't be bothered to communicate. Always has a random excuse - broken down machine etc dog ate my home work excuses. Not sure why they don't start production when orders are put in, it's like they leave the order for 2 weeks then decide to start it when they can be bothered.
