If I could give it negative 5 stars I would my grandma has more movement than these people 15 mins at the hot counter and still no one there u ask for help nothing…… and the guy that was making pizzas with his Repunzel hair/ beard no beard net so if you have hair in your pizza that’s why….

Nice size store based in Aldridge ( few miles out of Walsall ) nice big car park but parking is restricted to 3 hours and the camera catches you coming in and Out ( so be warned ) not sure why anyone needs 3 Hrs in Morrison's but I guess the high street is just a few mins walk away. Hand sanitiser at main entrance ( didn't see many using it ) masks used by some. Social distancing very difficult. Has everything you could want in store, fresh fruit and veg, food To go deals, fishmonger, bakers, butchers, bakery, even pizza made on site And everything else in between! It even has a post box to post your letters. Nice to see cash machines just by entrance and you can send and receive parcels via the Hermes lockers situated outside. There are also toilets on site and disability parking by the entrance.

Visited the cafe. Excellent customer service. The staff greeted lots of customers by their name.

Nice shop got everything we wanted. First time iv been here.been here alot more just had are first click and collection. Lovely man very helpful 5 star.

The shop is very good , but my issue is that the self serve tills are problematic, there are not enough staff around to correct the issues and you are constantly waiting for somebody attend.

Totally toxic place with miserable staff, EVERYTHING is too much trouble. I now spend my money at Sainsbury’s in Mere Green, it’s a far nicer experience with a greater choice of food. A real shame as a few years ago, Morrisons in Aldridge was a delight to shop in.

Empty shelves on a regular basis, always run out of the 'cheap' carrier bags and make you pay full price for the ones they never seem to run out of. In my opinion an extremely badly managed store which used to be really good
