I have used My Print Buddy a number of times in the past and the price and jobs were OK. It wasn't the best of print quality but for a local print shop where you can walk in and in many cases get things printed the same day it's not bad.

Unfortunately over time the service has become very poor to the extent where emails are no longer responded to and you struggle to even get a quote unless you keep on chasing them. Having not received a quote on our last two enquiries we have now decided to move to another print firm where our jobs will actually get done!

I used them a number of times for my business but will definitely find someone else as the service was so poor. I had to chase up so many times about where my order was even after an order they made messed up as the adhesive wasn't right. I've been in a number of times to ask where my order is to see it just sat there without even a phone call to say it's ready. This place is on my doorstep but for all the frustration I'll happily travel out to other providers.

Such an excellent customer service from my print buddy. Professional print which looks amazing for my event. Item was printed and available to collect on the same day. Sarah was great in store and helped me with my last minute emergency. Would definitely recommend.

Print Buddy has never let us down, always met deadlines, receptionist is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and the prints are great quality.

Two years ago Print Buddy helped a mental health exhibition project out by printing 80 pictures at short notice and didn't charge for them in the end, gifted them instead for a good cause. This is one reason of many I will always put business their way.

Tried to get a sticker printed. Phoned up and Asked to contact on WhatsApp. Ignored. Still not heard back from them.

Clearly don’t need new business.

I went to another local print shop in the area who did my stickers the same day.

Amazing quality for a good price, I reached out to them in regards of a poster I needed printing out for my project at Bradford College for the next day morning in A1 size, and I was surprised that I was even printed on VINAL! Amazing! Great service, Very fast and efficient. I needed 100 menu booklets doing asap and everyone was saying 2-3 working days. The print buddy team have their very own fantastic facilities and top end machinery which enables them to turn around things on the same day. My menus were done within 30 mins to high standard.
