I received the bag but requested a refund as it wasn't the right colour for my outfit. Almost a month later and still haven't had a reply to acknowledge receipt of the returned bag or received the refund. Luckily I paid through PayPal so will contact them.

Awful company! If I could give them no stars, I would! They take your money then disappear! I ordered 2 Fascinators to try with my dress but none of them were suitable. Emailed to send them back as per the process on their website, no response and 3 weeks later no refund and nobody answers the phone. Thankfully I also paid through paypal! BUYERS BEWARE!

I really wish I had read these reviews before buying from MySBoutique, like others I too returned a fascinator for refund as per their returns policy, I sent it via DPD so know that it has been received but three weeks later no refund and they don't answer their phone and emails have bounced back, so as others have said BUYER BEWARE!
