I was in a real tight spot. With a crucial trade show looming on Friday, I desperately needed 5x NCR pads with a new design feature to the pads we normally get from them. Time was of the essence. I reached out to NCR Online, explaining my urgent situation, and they were fantastic.

Despite the tight deadline (Wednesday order for Friday delivery!), they were incredibly responsive. The invoice arrived promptly, which I paid immediately. A proof was sent through quickly, and it was perfect.

And then, the miracle happened: the pads arrived the very next day!

NCR Online exceeded all expectations. They were not only incredibly fast and efficient but also incredibly friendly and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. They truly saved the day. I highly recommend their services!
