Good open convention space with plenty of room for stalls etc. However, the lighting is less than ideal with the general environment quite dim. Standard facilities otherwise.

Worst NYE party of my life, events team make out they are allergy aware but in theory on the night they aren’t the ones dealing with the evening. With life threatening allergies I was traumatised by this event, being initially given a soup with nuts in, then no suitable main course for over 1 hour after everyone else, myself and my friend had to speak to staff and management numerous times to even get a meal, by this time it was ruined and was around 1030/11pm. Staff serving had no idea of allergy needs on the table but they are ticking their box with the printed allergen matrix on the table wooo well done, which tells you that you can’t eat anything like the website. Disgrace for the money paid and how special NYE is supposed to be. Never followed up on my complaint or gave a refund. More money is spent on the decor than the customer service.

Attended for new years eve glitter ball. Food was very nice, service was great, staff were very freindly and helpful. Entertainment was great fun with sing alikes Tom Jones, robbie Williams and Katy Perry.
Security presence was very high, although they were very freindly when spoken to and returned smiles so didn't feel overwhelming.
3 course meal was very nice, professionaly served and within a timely manor. Catering for a room of anything close to 1.5k people can't have been easy but they pulled it off beautifully.

Went for Unleashed Events Comic-Con; good space, parking nearby (both multistory & limited street space), did start to get rather warm once it started to fill up

cloakroom was a free for all as ticket system did not work and I ended up collect mine and my colleagues coats

This is the second time we’ve visited here for the wacky world they hold there. It’s great fun & my son absolutely loves it. I booked adult and child tickets this time.
