Needed a small run of labels for use on samples of new consumer product at some trade shows. Initially I was thinking of getting them printed on photo paper and hand-cutting them to shape, but alternative printer in town could not get them printed at 1:1 scale of the artwork.
I then came here and the lady was very helpful, even though she is the embroidery specialist and her print-specialist colleague was on leave, she said she would see if she could print it onto a vinyl. It was done the same day as I needed it urgently, the artwork came out really well and it was on a high quality adhesive-backed vinyl that the machine even CUT TO SHAPE!! So no cutting out roughly by hand for me 🤣.
Even though I am normally based abroad and was only visiting Morpeth, I will keep this business contact and even send them requests to be posted back to me in future.

Excellent service with a very personal experience. From start to finish, it was a professional process and every attention to detail was taken.
From prototype designs, to finished images, to samples of the embroidery, it was a pleasure to work with Mandy.

I get comments all the time from other businesses asking where I got my workwear printed and embroidered, as it is a cut above.

This lovely lady and her adorable son have gone above and beyond for me. I had a name embroidered on a towel for a birthday present within 2 hours I thought I was actually pushing my luck as she always looks super busy.😳😳She has done an amazing job even though the instructions were pretty vague 🥴🥴it’s beautiful I love the colour and she just seemed to know exactly what I was after 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Can feel some personalized Christmas presents coming on 🤭🤭😝😝will definitely use again and very reasonably priced 👍👍👍👍
