Bought a custom drysuit from them. Dealt with Ben who was great. Very good at staying touch. Did have some issues with time scales but i was kept in the loop. Time will tell but the suit feels solid and for a custom suit it was very reasonably priced

Visited recently whilst working in the area on dive job. Really impressed on how well organised ND runs everything. Received guided tour around factory which was a real eye opener, seeing cutting edge technology being manufactured at their property. Anyone in the area looking for quality diving equipment/ clothing / drysuits or suit repairs highly recommend giving them a visit.

Terrible experience. Booked my drysuit in for a replacement zip, which over ran the timelines, which changed without notification. Was told I’d overpaid and required a cheaper zip than I’d paid for but would be refunded the difference. When booking and paying for repairs the website states suit will be returned in its best possible condition. It’s come back with what I believe is a faulty dump valve which has caused rapid ascent in use. And also wrist seals which look to be in need of replacement, I didn’t notice how they were before it went in in all honesty. But nearly a month on, I’ve had no replies to multiple emails sent to multiple people and no refund. Certainly wouldn’t recommend. I certainly won’t be using northern diver for anything at all in future.

Went in to find out prices for regulators being serviced,to find the receptionist eating at her desk.She just looked at me,never asked "how can I help you" at all... Not very good customer service or impression at all

Wow, customer service is by far the best I have ever had. Well done team. I ordered a voyager suit and it was a bit snug so had to send back for next size up. Whole experience was easy and communication on new suit brilliant. I'm impressed.

I recently bought a Varilux Zoom 1000 Lumen Rechargeable Dive Torch from Northern Diver. Love the torch. Had an issue with the charger that it was not stopping charging when the battery was full (didn’t show the green light). I made a quick call to customer services, was put straight through to the Engineer who posted a new charger out to me immediately and all is now fine. Great price for the torch and great customer service. I will definitely be back again. Thank you.
