Just seemed quite outdated, and grubby. The floor in the cinema was filthy. It feels like the screens, seats and audio haven't been updated for quite some time.
It's also not a very welcoming place!
I get free Odeon tickets with my bank, and last year 4 tickets went to waste as I didn't want to face coming here.
The staff all seemed nice though.

Tickets are good value for money. The gaffer taped carpets could be fixed, but overall it’s great that Andover has a cinema!

Good location (near town centre). Good selection of films. Somewhat uncomfortable basic seats (not recline either). Hair in popcorn. Staff not wearing face masks, no social distancing and worse of all: We spotted a sign on the door to screen 3 after our film stating the air circulation system is broken - not a good thing during rising covid cases (spread by particles in air) and being in close proximity to others for 3 hours!

Absolutely horrible. We went here for Twister's and we were told we needed to show our passports even though we were of age. We asked if we could get in with parents permission and still a big 'no'. After we gave our passports we were directed to screen 5. This screen is absolutely atrocious. It is shaped as a wide rectangle and has a tiny screen with the worst audio ever. It's even at the bottom of the giant place so you either have to go up the lift to go to the toilet or just hold it in the snacks are upstairs as well! Horrible.

Enjoyed despicable 4. The staff were pleasant and talkative. Plenty of leg room. It was cinema day special so tickets cost £4.00 for everyone. Will go again.
