I always enjoy coming here to buy little gifts or browse for lovely designed items.

The service is usually good but not always.

I especially like their cards and cushion covers.

Clothe sizes tend to be on the larger side so ideally get a size smaller than you normally wear. (This is my case anyway).

I always pop in here to browse or purchase gifts. Such an inviting store but the real stars are the staff. I have encountered many staff over the past few years all so lovely, friendly, inviting and chatty. They clearly love their jobs and it really is lovely to experience friendly customer service that isn't rude or pushy, just genuine, caring and happy!

The customer service team members can be a little bit more careful that what they talking to each other since customers can hear them. I was in the shop yesterday and another customer and I were looking at the clothes and a team member was working in that area and she saw another colleague and pretend she going to say something to her. When the other answered her she said something like - oh nothing, just wanted to go away from there- understand that shop is not big and a bit crowded but the behavior wasn't nice.

My wife and daughter visited the store to look for a birthday present only to be apprehended by a member of staff who loudly made personal comments about my daughters coat and seemed to be implying that they were shoplifting. As long term Chiswick residents who often pop in to buy gifts, they were mortified and will not be returning.

I asked an assistant to help me find a Civil Partnership card as they were not obvious in the racks. She told me they didn’t stock them. They had ‘getting married’ cards. When I asked why they weren’t stocked she said she didn’t know. Homophobia from Oliver Bonas Certainly won’t go in again!
