I can't say enough good things about the team and their support for my biggest yearly event festival! A week before the event, I injured my knee and was worried about how I'd manage, but they went above and beyond to support me. They were incredibly flexible with the late delivery changes due to my injury, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The embroidery person they provided was exceptional—not only did she operate the machine flawlessly, but she also took the time to learn about my brand and engage with potential customers, even though that wasn’t part of her job. Their willingness to ensure the highest quality of customer service truly sets them apart. I will definitely use One Stitch Beyond again for any large events where possible!

Absolutely outstanding customer service, attention to detail, impeccable and friendly communication, prints and embroideries to the highest standard, they are artists! The have the patience to help you with challenging jobs, small batches of luxury items, Pantone-matched items. I regularly work with them, and I don’t think I’ve even felt like recommending a business like I do with them. Best garment printing and embroidery service in London, worth crossing the city for!

They deserve 10 stars. We popped into the shop to order a t shirt for the Depeche Mode concert the next day. I had a photo of my original tickets from the 1980s and they did a fantastic job for me to pick up the next day (despite being flat out with other orders). Thank you so much Jamie and the team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
