I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the incredible conference on Supporting Refugees and Asylum Seekers held on the 12th of September at the Pendulum Hotel, Manchester. The event was exceptionally well-organized, and the sessions were both enlightening and inspiring.
The speakers provided valuable insights into the challenges faced by refugees and asylum seekers, and the discussions offered practical solutions and hope for the future. I particularly appreciated the focus on - personal journey of the account of the families and settlement of the asylum and refugees and the research dissertation and barriers sessions by the lived experience.

A really enjoyable conference, I learnt alot that I have taken back with me to use in workplace. The speakers where very engaging , knowledgeable and passionate about their subject area.
The only downside is not being able to sit down to have lunch!

This was a great conference and a great location. The speakers and delegates made the day very special, despite the very real subject and some of the very heartbreaking testaments. I would definitely recommend any education provider in any field of learning to gain insight into this very real and often very tragic subject. I would also be very keen to share our own experiences and how we are planning to work to ensure student safety and support. Thank you.

Recently attended a conference hosted by Open Forum Events - Supporting Student Mental Health-Improving Outcomes and Achievements - The event was very well organised and appeared to run smoothly!
