We went to Pandora today evening.Staff in this branch is amazing excellent customer service.We were served by Natalia she is very soft spoken ,helpful ,welcoming and friendly.Personally I will definitely go back to this Ealing store again.The staff really make you comfortable.

Avoid at all cost they have attitude and not helpful what so ever. They have put me off ever buying anything again from pandora. You get told you have a 2 year warranty to replace an item that's damaged but they don't want to help at all went into the store 3 times and no help. I dealt with the new assistant manager and her colleague Sam and Anina completely useless individuals. Online customer services say one thing and they say a completely different thing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a click and collect waited all day to get an email to say it’s ready! they had one left in stock I went shopping in Ealing and everytime I walked past the store they stood around doing nothing? so I don’t understand why my order wasn’t picked and sorted? very lazy. Also calling this branch is impossible you leave voice mail after voice mail and no one actually gets back to you, no one picks up the phone. it’s really frustrating when you want to ask a simple question but the communication is so poor!

I Had great pleasure of dealing with Ealing store manager Diana today regarding a refund needed for an unwanted gift.

Diana went above and beyond the stores normal refund procedure contacting head office, calling me back super fast & printing up copies of my receipts to issue a refund.

She was polite professional and a pleasure to have dealt with.

I have been to the Pandora Ealing Broadway quite a few times and they are always very helpful and have a copious variety of jewellery to pick from. I was lucky to have been looked after by Ellie and Anina regarding a lost stone in a ring and not only were they able to give me copious guidance on my issue, but went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered. Would highly recommend this branch and a big thank you to the two ladies who helped me!
