I would recommend doing a tally of the items you want to buy prior to going to the till. The items have price labels. There are no bar codes to scan and the sales assistant press options on their computer for “generic product” with set prices of 1.99, 2.99, 3.99 etc. The sales assistant was flying through pressing the buttons on the screen and not spending any time looking at the prices on my purchase, so I was suspicious and asked for a receipt. I found the items on the receipt did not relate to what I had bought specifically as it just said “generic sales item” for every item. I found I had been over charged on several items. Im disappointed but I will learn from this and do my own total before going to the till. It’s a good shop in general with their products apart from this, but it’s a pretty major flaw in the operation. So in general, beware if buying multiple items and keep an eye on the prices!

What a great fun store. The staff are friendly & helpful. It was a fantastic experience. We rang to check stock & spoke to a member of staff, when we got there, they were helpful friendly & kind. The balloons were brilliant and put together with care. We would very much recommend them & use them again. Definately 6 out of 5 Stars.

Many thanks to Partica Kingston, from the start of the discussion regarding my daughters Baby Shower Imran was excellent. He couldn't have been more attentive discussing our design. Eager to please and advising how to put this idea together. (not easy), Hannah and Imran put it together with artistic flair and taste. Collected my daughter’s balloons today and Sophia was so friendly and understood exactly what I wanted her customer service was on point I only wanted white and clear she understood my vision and gave me exactly what I wanted. i cant recommend this party shop enough, we traveled from Epsom and was so worth it

Partica is the perfect shop for your party planning or quick shop experience. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the stock. They are very welcoming to young children, which made my grandson very happy. Definitely will visit again.
