Absolutely awful experience, the manager and member of staff were rude and made me feel really uncomfortable.
I went in store to return tablecloths that weren’t needed for an event and the manager refused to give me a refund and gave me a shoddy piece of paper as a credit note and whilst she was writing it she was talking in a different language to her colleague and both laughing and sniggering which made me feel really uncomfortable. She didn’t apologise and was just very very rude! She shouldn’t be working in that industry! Awful customer experience, never returning in that store ever again! Avoid!!

Terrible shop got a balloon for 10 pounds went flat in 10 minutes. Called them and they blamed us and were very rude on the phone. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off and scammed

Ordered Jubilee balloons to be collected at 11am on 2nd July got there at 10.40 and they got the day wrong to collect . . Waited for them to be filled. . Later on that afternoon 2 of the balloons had deflated quite abit but had family over so was going to call Friday.

The number online was unavailable and wasn't able to get there Fri. . Returned the 2 balloons at 9.30 Sat morn. . Staff and management very poor customer services. . Wouldn't refill balloons and was going to charge me £5.50 to refill half deflated balloons. . Shocking!

I said, ' no way, and I will never use this shop again!'.

Pls do never get your heluim balloons from here. Card factory guarantee them for 5-7 days and will refill for free if deflated . .

Unfortunately, the Card factory had no helium but a lovely lady at The Works helped us and refilled the 2 balloons to find there was a tiny hole in the largest crown ballon. . I then took it back to The Party Shop who still wouldn't replace it 😡😡

Poor customer service very rude management.
And I can't believe they are selling items from morrisons.
Management need to improve customer service skills.

A good variety of items but a shame that the staff lack customer service. The lady serving us had a very abrupt manner and her responses to questions were very curt and dismissive. I definitely felt like I was a nuisance and they couldn't quite conceal their annoyance.
While being served at the till, there was no greeting, no eye contact, no p's and q's. She was busy doing something else with balloons and clearly distracted. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
I ended up at Cards Direct in peacocks afterwards and there was a stark difference between the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming and not to mention i saw the same items there for half the price.
