Ordered a sash online & whilst it was delivered quickly, it was spelt wrong. I immediately contacted the company with pictures of the sash and also screen shot of my order to prove it wasn't me who had the error, but was ignored. 🙁

Used this company for many years for all my celebrations. This year due to postal strike my item wasn't going to arrive for my daughters birthday bash. I rang up company and they had a very personal approach they apologised and printed me another one to compensate for royal mail and organised me to collect within the hour.
