I went to Party Time today to get some balloons for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The owner was incredibly helpful and explained all the options available to me. He was so friendly, chatty and welcoming and even asked if my baby was ok with noise so he could blow up the balloon with his machine and helped me put the balloons in the car. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend! Thank you for welcoming me to Exeter also. Five stars!!

Placed an online order in advance and wasn't sure what to expect as I'm not from the area and have never been to this shop before. But I was very impressed upon collecting the balloons. I ordered two gold balloon stacks and they looked absolutely incredible. They even customised the balloons with my Mum's name and she loved them! Thanks for helping to make my Mum's 60th extra special. The balloons also lasted for days in the heat without any sign of deflation, so you know that they are good quality. Great customer service too. Would highly recommend!

Went to Party Time after many recommendations and I wasn’t disappointed. Unfortunately I had a problem with my first two helium balloons but the owners were more than helpful in rectifying the problem and creating a brilliant ‘Fortnite’ themed bunch for my son. The owners are friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for party supplies or balloons. I’ll be back in July for my daughters birthday! Thank you both.
