would’ve given 0 star if i could, got ripped off
i went there about two weeks ago cuz i needed to print a poster for my friend’s birthday
i went there, told him i what u wanted to print out and he gave me two options, normal paper or photographic
but i needed it on that day(sunday) and photographic will only be available on monday
so i picked normal paper cuz i thought normal paper would be at least paper that’s suitable for poster printing as i told him already
then he pointed at the printing machine and a thin thin piece of a3 sheet came out i was shocked wth
so i was like that’s fine can i get photographic then, then he pulled out the card reader and it flipping says £28.49?!
absolutely outrageous
then i was like no i don’t want it now, then he was like oh ok then that a3 sheet would be £2.49 which a price which i wasn’t aware of beforehand, if it was for that price id rather print out two a4 sheets at home and sticks them together bc the quality wasn’t good either, the image turned out very blurry
do not recommend going

I used Photoplace for a custom-made frame for an artwork. The frame is of incredible quality. At Photoplace, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Without a doubt, I'll use Photoplace once more.

Got ripped off by this guy, came two print to photos and buy a frame and was charged £5 express Printing which i didn’t request and could have waited if asked and also £7.99 for editing a photo which I had previously done myself on the phone. Spent £50 in total, very poor service and bad communication, use a well known company if you don’t want to be ripped off

5 star service, easy and quick but the quality was also perfect! Can’t recommend enough. Best in the area. I got a large photo printed and installed in a frame and it turned out better than I could have imagined.

Terrible. Gave me totally wrong prints back of someone else's holiday. Said it wasn't their fault and they don't do mix ups! I was offered no refund and have never received the correct prints.
Avoid at all cost.

We had to get passport photos taken of our two children, ages 1 and 4. Iresh was amazing with them and was able to capture beautiful passport photos that we would not have expected possible. He did so in seconds. It was such an easy and pleasant experience, compared to how tricky it was to try to do this at home. Save yourself the hassle and head to Iresh! He is brilliant, has excellent customer service skills and its great value too. Thanks 😊

I have used this place for passport size photos several times and also recently for large photos for the wall mounted frames. The product quality and customer service is impeccable. They are very polite and go an extra mile to ensure the product outcome is good. Highly recommended.
