Excellent service. I normally do my own printing, but a client needed A2. Found Pixel 2 Print via Google. The price was very competitive. It was really easy to upload my files. I chose Tracked and my order was with me within 48 hours. The posters are perfect and my client was very happy.
Definitely recommend. I'll be back.

Not had the greatest of experiences with Pixel 2 Print. I’ve had issues in the past but always been resolved by Liam or Aaron.

Lately I’ve been dealing with Iain who in all honesty hasn’t been quite so helpful.

One issue I had was my poster arrived with white edges at the top and bottom (despite my file having bleed).

I got in touch and provided photos. I was told that it should have been seen by production or packing but that it was kind of my fault for not telling them my file had bleed. (They even state on their website that they’d like bleed on the print files).

I was told that I would receive a reprint but only on this occasion, as they usually only do reprints on posters that aren’t used and get sent back to them!

So be aware, if you receive a poster that is only good for the bin, you’ll have to post it back to them in order to get a reprint done. It’s laughable.

I have ordered 15 posters. The delivery was super qucik and the quality of the posters is amazing.
After few weeks, I realised one of the posters need some correction, I contacted the company. Iain get back to me in no time. He has great communication skills and very professional approach. The new order was sent straight away and I got it next working day. What an exceptional customer service! Iain is a true gem for the company! I will defo use this company again! 5 stars with no doubts!!!!
