Had three different bookings, mention that to the gentleman in reception who was very nice and he straight away told me that he will make sure that I don’t need to change my room during the whole period.
It’s very easy way to a win win .
Parking was only for blue badge holders, needed to move my vehicle to Addlestone one car park, but at least is free so no need to pay.
Dinner was amazing didn’t left anything in my plate.
No alcohol was served due to license issues only soft drinks.
But alternative options were there.
I’ve enjoyed my stay with premier inn Addlestone.

Mattress very firm, duvet too hot and heavy, no air con during the night, constant bang of closing doors, hairs in the bath and sink. Hotel room was very basic, but expected a bit better. My daughter and I managed 3 hours sleep the night before a gymnastics competition - not ideal. ||Staff were very friendly though.

The hotel was in a convenient location near the motorway and all was good with the stay. The multi story car parking was great but do not use the postcode on the hotel website to find it as this will take you down a narrow dead end. Continue to the roundabout and follow the signs to the car park.

We were greeted by Ayoub, he was lovely and attentive, very helpful and welcoming. making sure we had everything needed and our needs were met. Room is very clean and it’s quiet. Bed is super comfy this is the first time we have stayed here and will most likely be staying again !!!!

My room was clean and with a comfortable bed. Check in was easy on my first night. Car parking is included at this Premier Inn, which is sadly missing from some of their other hotels. Staff member Ayoub was very welcoming and particularly helpful when I asked about the restaurant and what was on offer. The restaurant had a good menu that covers most tastes. Will
stay again.
