Wow. Working with the team at Printing Planet was incredible. We had only a very short time frame over the holidays (Christmas to new years) to get this project done. I called and was immediately greeted by the store owner who said he could custom embroider our twenty sweatshirts. He worked with me to get the images formatted correctly and was very patient. The team went above and beyond to get our project done with professionalism and excellence. The end project was super high quality. I cannot wait to work with them again soon.

It's hard to believe all the great reviews, and here's why I won't be using them again.

As a new small business owner, I like to support other small businesses, so we decided to have our company T-shirts printed here. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the results. The print didn’t match the design we submitted. Our design featured two bold lines on the front, back, and one sleeve. However, the lines ended up being printed much thinner than intended, and the two lines on the sleeve were misaligned.

Rather than apologising, they blamed the issue on our image format—even though we submitted a Vector file, which should be scalable without any loss in design quality. For some reason, that didn’t work for them.

They refused to give us a refund, so we had to ask our designer to rework the files exactly to their specifications.

One month after our initial order, we finally received our T-shirts. White line looked gray, but we didn’t bother saying anything—we were just done with the whole process.

Best printing company ever!! I usually use online services but I’m so happy I didn’t this time.
The moment I walk in to this shop I just knew the merch was going to be nice, by seeing the design they’ve printed for other clients.
The price is very affordable and the merch was ready the following day.
I love the design really exceeded my expectations! Mind you I created a mock-up in Canva and they perfected it!
I’m looking forward to my next visit.

After a few days being messed around by other companies on eBay etc I found Printing Planet UK's website after a google search, and phoned them to explain I had a very tight deadline to get 8 t-shirts printed for the weekend. We exchanged emails and artwork, agreed a price, and arranged next day collection.

There were a couple of hiccups with printing of nicknames, but they corrected errors on the spot, with no charge for wasted t-shirts, and also I was able to add a further item, despite it getting very close to their closing time. I found them to be friendly, good value, and flexible to meet our needs. All the recipients of the t-shirts were very happy with them, and I would definitely use this company again, should I have a similar bespoke printing requirement. Thank you
