This was our first time doing this I really enjoyed it was a blast in the cars I got to drive only reason for the 4 stars is because the track had to much potholes and cracks so can't enjoy the car more

It was really very good. My son loved it. Very pleased we went. I was a bit surprised though that they didn't try and upselling this to the parents as well because I've never been in a Lamborghini but my son has!!!!! I'm certainly thinking of taking him next year for a birthday treat. We gave this ticket to him when he was 10, but we didn't get round to it for about 18 months. Wish we had gone earlier, it was excellent. Thank you to all the staff. There was surprisingly little waiting about as well. Probably no more than 20 minutes between events.

We had a brilliant morning driving super cars. It was the first time I had done it and was nervous at first, but the instructors made you feel relaxed and I soon forgot the nerves and enjoyed the thrill of driving these amazing cars.

I can’t choose a favourite instructor, they were all brilliant.

We were just offered the insurance waiver which was £35, personally I think it well worth it, although you have insurance in the price of the experience the excess is £5000!!!

We also purchased the family taxi ride which was great.

We purchased the video and photo package which was £40. Expensive but was great to see the on board footage to re-live the drives.

Will defo do this again….

The staff are extremely friendly and it is well managed.
My disappointment comes from the actual circuit route, it is very narrow, full of potholes and not long enough for all the cars that are using it.
My experience was bought from TrackDays and was very expensive but I feel that this track did not meet my expectation of a track day.
Also the Lamborghini broke down after 1 lap.

Very hard to get too the sign on the road could be bigger. all of the staff there were brilliant and nice and knew what they were doing. safety briefings nice and in depth. 3 laps wasn’t enough but cheap enough to buy photos they are also a good price for what they are. out of the two instructors I had Mohammad was brilliant made you feel comfortable and told you how to get the most out of the mustang gt he had too of been one of the happiest and nicest person there which made our day a lot better 👍🏻👍🏻 To Mohammad

So we were bought an experience for Xmas. It was very difficult to find a date we could make from the limited choice of children dates during the week in school holiday. We eventually paid to upgrade to the weekend. Then my confirmation stated the wrong date. Paige at CS was great and fixed it. ..

On the day more costs for insurance and an orientation drive of the track. Waste of time as my daughter was in the back and could not hear.

Then my son only got 2 out of his 3 laps. Again CS were great and confirmed, gave him an extra lap in a supercar as an apology. But we had to wait again..

Thr kids enjoyed it but all the hidden upgrades turn a cheap present into an expensive day out

Terrific fun!

It's always been a dream of mine to drive a ferrari and I was not left disappointed.

I went on a Friday morning to avoid the big queues apparently present on Saturdays. I hardly had to wait at all and the event was very well organised. All the staff were friendly.

The Porsche 911 was out of action but they offered me extra time in the Ferrari California and the Aston Martin Vantage so it worked out well.

Both my instructors were excellent. Polite, friendly and nice to chat to. The Ferrari in particular was just superb and I will never forget the amazing thrill of driving it.

I did a lot of research into this before booking so I was aware of some of the issues others had and knew what to expect. They do upsell you extras but some are well worth it. The photos and videos cost me £30 extra but the photos were professionally done and look great. Video audio on the Aston video was out of sync but the Ferrari one was fine.

I so nearly gave this 5 stars but for a couple of issues. The toilet had no running water at all which is not acceptable, particularly in these times where hygiene is so important. The track was not in great shape in some areas with ALOT of potholes. For the prices they charge these should be repaired.

However to sum up I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this.

Mixed Feelings About PSR Experience: Missing Car, Faulty Media, No Food & Drink, Yet Enjoyable

I recently had a rather mixed experience with PSR that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car I had initially chosen was unavailable, which already set a negative tone for the experience. However, I decided to make the best of the situation and drove a different car, which thankfully turned out to be acceptable.

My disappointment deepened when I decided to purchase the media package that included photos and a video of my driving experience. The photos turned out to be decent quality and captured some great moments from the drive. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the video. The video footage was plagued with synchronization issues, with frames dropping regularly throughout the recording. This rendered the video virtually useless and failed to capture the essence of the experience I had just gone through.

In an attempt to address this issue, I reached out to PSR via email. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to refund me 50% of the cost of the faulty video. However, this gesture felt inadequate considering the complete letdown I experienced due to the media quality. What's worse is that despite their promise of a refund, over a month has passed and I have yet to receive my money. It's disheartening to see a company that is quick to take your money but seems unwilling to rectify their mistakes and provide the promised level of service.

As if these issues weren't enough, another disappointment awaited me. The promised food and drink van, which was supposed to be part of the overall experience, didn't even show up. This lack of attention to detail further exacerbated the sense that PSR failed to deliver on their promises.

Despite all these disappointments, I must admit that I still managed to have a great time during the driving experience itself. The thrill of the drive was undeniable, and it's a testament to the potential PSR has. However, it's hard to overlook the glaring issues with the media quality and unfulfilled promises.

Overall, my experience with PSR leaves me with mixed feelings. The initial unavailability of the car, coupled with the poor quality of the video, the absent food and drink van, and the lack of follow-through on their promise of a refund, has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's a shame that a company that touts exciting experiences can fall short in such crucial aspects of customer satisfaction. I can only hope that PSR takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their services for the sake of their future customers.

Update: I received the partial refund after them seeing the review, so have updated the stars to Match my experience, I did enjoy the driving experience and was very good while in the car, had to drop the rating as all the hassle of trying to get the video that I had paid for sorted so I could relive the experience, was told that it was an issue with the location of the track, due to military equipment, that caused the video to go out of sync, so will have to do with the photos of the event instead and at least I got a partial refund after lots of unnecessary hassle.
