We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget.
From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless.
Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking.
We would use Donna and her team again in a heartbeat. We just need an excuse for a party!

Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.

Pure Elegance we’re absolutely amazing and decorated our wedding venue beautifully. Even better than I could ever imagine. Bridal bouquets actually looked real and matched the decor perfectly. What a gem. We are so glad we used Pure Elegance and had a great experience from start to finish. Time spent chatting to Donna was so helpful, we talked about our desires for how we wanted our room to look and received great advice and ideas where necessary, she also answered lots of other random wedding day questions like order of the day and top table traditions etc. Donna and her team delivered our autumnal romantic vision just perfectly. What can I say I messaged Pure Elegance after I had a very unprofessional experience with another company I will not mention names, Donna and her team really made my dreams come true, she helped me pick my wedding flowers and listened to me stress about wedding stuff for weeks on ends. Donna and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. I would message and ask for something or just to talk and she would be there too help me with anything. I feel like I've made a great friend in Donna and I hope to say in touch with her. Her team are amazing and the quality of her decor is outstanding!!. Donna and the team have been amazing from start to finish with our wedding decoration needs. From our first meeting in which we were able to experiment with table designs and do our own arrangements to the day of our wedding in which the prep was done in Ninja like fashion, wouldn’t have even known the prep was happening 😊. Our wedding day was amazing and part of that was the reliability and care that was taken from the team at Pure Elegance. Would highly recommend to anyone. My advice…. Don’t assume that only one company doing this type of work exists, we nearly got charged substantially more with another provider than what we ended up paying and the whole personal experience with pure elegance superseded that previous experience, we shopped around and landed at Pure Elegance and it was one of the best decisions for our wedding that we made. Highly, highly recommended.
