I'm a bit surprised by the bad reviews here. The place is actually pretty nice. It just depends on what you are looking for.
There are many different things going on: there is a cafeteria with a small playground that is opened to anyone (see pic). You just come here and let your kid play for a couple of pounds, while you drink a coffee. Pretty nice and you get to meet other moms. There is WiFi which is a plus!
And then there are independent activities like football or rugby (18 months - 7 years) or an art class that you can book directly with the teachers.
And then there is a a Pre-School and the possibility of booking this area for parties!
Definitely check this place out!

I was a bit skeptical given the old reviews but the new owner was incredible organising my brother’s birthday party - very responsive, understanding and helpful and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work!

Extremely unprofessional.They caused me so much stress in organising my daughter's party due to their slow and most of the time lack of response to emails/calls.At the end,they cancelled my booking because there was another customer who wanted the same date but with more services! They said they can still keep it for me if I pay extra surcharge (In addition to the provisional price we agreed on!!) Or otherwise they will just have to go with the other customer who is paying more! I mean who does that.

Cancelled my two year olds party just 2.5 days before! All we had in place was an empty hall and 33 guests, had a nightmare cobbling together a party. Slow response time and poor communication in lead up to party, should have cancelled, only booked on friends recommendation.
