Refused to accept a returned item with all goods intact and unused and had proof of purchasing

Poor customer service, this guy spoke very rudely when I qued up after placing an online order. It seems there was a lady already waiting but she was no where near the the till.

The majority of the items are not in stock. So customers to wait for some days or go to Bromsgrove store, which is 7 miles away. This Redditch store used to be very good and most of the items were always in stock before it moved into Sainsburys. This is not sustainable for sure especially cheap online shopping and home delivery is happening in the same day or the very next day. Good luck for Argos Redditch anyway.

Ordered an IN STOCK item online and waited in 4 hours for the delivery. Chased via online chat to be advised it is not in stock but on back order - yet I have an email confirming the delivery. Order was cancelled without even checking with me - have been back online and ordered the item to collect tomorrow - Live chat agent states your website is wrong and I am sure you would not intentionally mislead the public on stocked items !!!! not acceptable that you would sell an item and take the funds if it is not in stock without any form of notification. Unacceptable.
