Lovely looking pieces , but unfortunately the quality is extremely poor . My daughters backpack started falling apart three days into starting Nursery. Delivery took weeks to come when I approached customer services about this, I was given an insulting refund of part of the delivery cost and again when I approached customer services about the problems with a backpack very menial compensation was offered

We bought a lovely floral back pack for our 5yr old to use at school. Unfortunately after 3 months use it is falling apart. It was carried to and from school but hangs on the peg during the school day so only had light use. The product doesn’t really seem fit for purpose.

I bought in a Madrid shop a butterfly cosmetic bag and I absolutely love it. I would like to buy more stuff with that pattern, specially the mini travel case but it is not in the European web shop and not easy to find ways to deliver it in Spain

The stuff in this shop is gorgeous and I got a load of it for my kids this Christmas. Unfortunately it’s not very well made (the pinball machines broke about an hour after opening and repeatedly need fixing). The umbrellas, snack boxes and water bottle are going strong! It has only been a week though. Shame because it all looks lush.

*In response to your reply, I like how you turned what I said into a positive! I won’t be shopping with you again because of the quality of the stuff and the disappointment this has brought to my kids.

Just received our package of "tiger party" supplies. Honestly the cutest thing I've ever received. So reasonably priced too. Really glad I came across this shop online. The items you sell are beautiful and I will definitely be back.

No problems with this company. have purchased a few things from them. They sell lovely quirky, vintage things that look great in my house.
I only buy stuff which is in the sale, because the normal price, is slightly on the expensive side.
Also i have removed the star because if you were a member of their club you got free delivery on orders over £20, this is something they have stopped during sale time. With other companies offering free delivery, this is something they need to change, to stay in the game.
