I found the whole process very good. I ordered a speaker and sub package in advance and found communications swift and clear. The deal offer was a competitive price and invoicing was very clear. I opted to collect and the delivery fee was removed. Collection was easy, along with a great explanation of how to set the system up. The speakers came complete with protective sleeves, poles and all necessary cables. The handover was very quick. Dropping the equipment off was equally fast and easy. I was given a contact that I could call at any point if any problems, but there weren't any.
Very good service, fair price, quality equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend. I've already passed their details onto people who attended the party.

As an events planner, these guys really came through for me when sourcing AV and DJ hire equiptment for a wedding in Maida Vale a few weeks ago. Super quick in returning calls regarding enquiries and sending quotes. Came early to set up and sound test equiptment and returning for a prompt break down. Bride and Groom extremely happy as they used the equiptment for a DJ, speeches and wedding song / dance.
