This store has many selection of products for the house, office, tools and garden, electronics, kitchen (cookware and bakeware), etc.
We can buy online too.

Returning a product is easy as long as you bring the receipt, and the product is complete.
Some products sometimes were on sale.

Toilet for customers is not available.

Did click and collect with this store and I must say I am very much disappointed and regretting doing so. First of all the products were not in a bag nor were they packaged. They stuck the delivery note on the product it self damaging the product itself and leaving a stick residue on it. This isn’t great especially as these products were going to be given as Xmas presents.

Asides from that the products provided were not in the best conditions and showed signs of damages. I will never be shopping here and spending my money here as staff are clearly not trained and products are not stored correctly.

This is worse store in Chiswick W4 London for buying and ordering online. Customers service in the store are not have any knowledge to help or serving customers.

I have paid in store for picking up my items to delivered to Chiswick store even I could choose free delivery to my address but I didn't and after 5 working days I didn't get my item then staffs in store refused to refund the purchase.

So, company received the money on the day of purchase. However, they are refusing to refund the money even after failure for delivery. Avoid this store and you will get a better service with argos for pickup or refund.

Absolutely impeccable service by one of the delightful members of staff that goes by the name of Rashid. He’s so helpful and knows the shop inside out. Extremely professional and made me feel so at ease, I would return just to see this gentleman again and would be disappointed if he’s not at work. I don’t think this branch would thrive as much without Rashid and Robert Dyas have found an ace in the hole and if he were ever to leave I’m sure this store would decline into a pit.

Visited the store with my three other friends on 19/01 to purchase pressure cooker, there were three ladies Caitlyn, Safiyah and another one who's name I don't know but she was taller than the other two girls. We went to the till and bought two cookers for £39.99 each, then one of my friends decided to get one as well. When we came back to buy another cooker one of the girls at the till said that the actual price was £34.99 and that we should come back and get a refund for the fist two that we got for £39.99 since the price is actually lower.
So we came back and got the refund and everything was fine at that point. As we were getting the refund my other friend decided to purchase one of those cookers too. (so we ended up getting four of them in total) And as our friend was buying it we see that the price is £39.99 again, which obviously didn't make sense and they said that the price was for online purchases only.
This caused an argument and the employees kept laughing at us and being extremely rude, there were other customers at the shop that were native speakers and they never treated them the way they treated us. There was a language barrier since me and my friends aren't that fluent in English and the staff were so impatient and rude about it, especially Safiyah (who is supposibly the supervisor) she kept defending the staff, and literally making fun of us
In our face.
Eventually, we got the last cooker for the same price as the rest of them for £34.99 and Safiyah threw the reciept and the item and acted very aggressive towards us. This was very humiliating an all of the girls acted very disrespectful. As an
excuse for the price difference they said they haven't added the right prices to the system yet, which clearly isn't out problem is it? One of my friends who is older had a high blood pressure after the argument as well.
There two guys working as well, they apologized about the girls and the whole thing which wasn't even their fault.
I am writing this review in order to tell you that you should keep track of the prices on the tags AND the tills, and also be aware of your employees and the service they are providing since they are getting paid to do that. This is very bad for the shops reputation.

Rashid serving us I would give ten stars out of five!
We bought some Christmas lights and he checked they worked and explained the eight different settings to us. We were worried it might not fit the tree we are planning and he double checked and reassured us. We also bought other stuff and he was jus great.

It really made my day shopping in Robert Dyas in Chiswick yesterday. I went in looking for vicarious lightbulbs - didn’t have a clue to be honest. I was served by Zan who could not have been more helpful. He spent ages helping me find the right bulbs and then said I could have a 10% discount! When I got to the till, I was helped by another extremely helpful assistant, Rashid, who gave me another discount! This is not the first time I have been impressed by the staff in the store, who seem to know exactly where everything is and are on hand. So unlike many other shops. Five stars to them.

The staff at this store used to behave well, but yesterday , on January 19 in the afternoon , the behavior of 3 new female staff members (2 cashier and superviser)was very unpleasant towards our.However, we were satisfied with the behavior of the two new malestaff member.Of course ,I'm not sure if she was Supetvisot or not , one of their colleagues said us.😞
