I so wanted to love these, and thought I would as I have the cheeky bum whipped soap which smells exactly like Bum Bum cream.

However. The cheeky bum body butter smells like vegetable oil with a slight scent of coco, and not much else. And the Cherry bath bomb has no scent to it whatsoever once dropped in the water 🙁

Fantastic company. Ordered a bundle of treats via the website, and every item smells delicious. The room fragrances only take a single pump for a lasting effect, and the scents are true to the descriptions. The body butters are also a joy, even for someone with fussy (sensitive) skin.

Always so friendly and their products are amazing. I have really sensitive skin and nothing that I have bought bothers me. I have ordered some products before and got them delivered to Preston, very quick delivery and everything came in tact. I love it here and I always have a wander when I'm in town!!

I asked Sian to produce a gift box of her products that I could send to various people as a thank you. She put together a lovely section, which were then wrapped in my brand colours, with a label showing my logo so people would know they were from me. The products are lovely and the finish gift is just what I was after.

I do not like leaving bad feedback but unfortunately something I have been left with no choice after the level of customer service that this company have provided. I placed an order which included a dreamz bath bomb and shower fluff. This was my main reason for ordering, I had not seen this scent on any other bath or shower vendors that I have used. I did not receive any further communication regarding my order. My order arrived this morning but without these products, instead they had been substituted for other scents that I did not order. I sent a messenger message regarding this, expecting to receive an apology for their mistake. Instead this company told me that they had messaged people regarding the dreams scent (not me) as they cannot locate the fragrance oil so they are just substituting this product. These products are still on the website for sale! even though they have said they do not know how long it will take to source this oil. This company are not being open and honest about the products that they can provide. If I order something that is not in stock I expect to receive the option of a refund or a substitute before my order is despatched. They have now told me that if I send the products back they will refund me. This would be a huge inconvenience to me as I am in quarantine so cannot get to the post office. I would also have to pay out for postage until this is eventually refunded. This company are not operating in an open and honest way. I have never received any such problems from any of my other bath, shower or wax vendors and I am used to buying from small businesses! I really do not like to leave bad feedback but feel I have been left with no other option in this circumstance. Disgrace of a company that need to learn some skills in customer service. Also one of the 5 star reviews is from the owner Nicola Mcloughlin who your money goes out to if you pay by PayPal! So conflict of interests right there. If you need to post your own review so that you get 5 starts you know something is wrong!
