We could not recommend Paul, Jenny, Dave and the team at Shades any more. They were the only company that were happy for us to confirm the week of the wedding on including a ceremony tent based on the great British weather for our at home marquee wedding, and at a reasonable price. Further to this, they managed to make all of the planning happen with us based in Sydney.
We received so many compliments on the beautiful marquee -
we were too busy eating, drinking and dancing to capture photos of the space, so have shared some snaps of the day that hopefully represent what a great job they did with the set up and event planning.
Happy to be a reference for anyone considering them as their marquee company of choice.

The marquee we had for our wedding was nothing short of breathtaking. It transformed our event space into everything we had dreamt of. The attention to detail in the marquee setup was incredible, and it created the perfect setting for our special day.

Choosing Shades for our wedding on April 20th in Balmaha, Loch Lomond was one of the best decisions we made. Paul and his team delivered exceptional service from start to finish.

Amazing from start to finish. The whole team is responsive, helpful and professional. Their marquees and furniture are high quality and exactly as pictured. Paul visited us to asses the site many months before our big day which was a service not offered by other suppliers. His input and suggestions were incredibly useful and made sure that the set up was seamless and efficient. On the day we had a member of the team on site who were so helpful and willing to help out where needed. I could not recommend Shades more, they honestly held our hands through the whole process and made it so pain-free! Dave was so reassuring and came to do a site visit which helped quell my Dad's many questions!! The set up was so smooth and the team on the day were so lovely. The marquee was absolutely stunning, we had so many compliments on the sailcloth tent, it was so bright and airy but its at night that it really comes alive. We had the disco ball and up lighters and it was beautiful, it comes out so nicely in the photos too. We added a few extras which were all so well priced and beautiful quality. Marquee was stunning - so many guests said how beautiful it was. And it was great to have the clear sides - although the weather was a little inclement, our guests could still see the beautiful views. The lighting also looked spectacular after dark. The team were fantastic too and couldn't have been more helpful! Highly recommend.
