It is just over 3 months since our wedding day that was styled by Shindig Events Styling and I am continuously reliving how beautiful it was.

From our first consultation with Joanna to the wedding day setting up & clearing away, the whole process with Shindig was utterly seamless.

At the initial meeting, Joanna understood my vision and colour scheme immediately and put together the most beautiful centre pieces & floral décor. It was exactly what I had pictured and I was already excited to see it come together on the day, however, nothing could have prepared me for what it actually looked like; it was simply stunning.

Shindig attended our venue the day before to set up, which was something that really put me at ease, knowing it was done and ready. My now husband and I took a moment to stand in the Reception Barn alone when it was fully styled, and there was something really special about seeing our vision and months of hard work come to life in the quiet of the evening, knowing the room would be filled with our favourite people the following day. It's a very treasured moment for me and Shindig played a huge part in that.

I can't recommend Cristel and the team at Shindig enough. Thank you for being incredible at what you do!

I couldn’t thank Shindig and Cristel personally enough. They made our wedding day so so special. Everything we visioned they brought to life and it was better than we could have imagined. They talked us through the entire day and made sure we were 100% happy before we left our final meeting. We were able to reuse items we had for the ceremony for our night do which was a great way to carry our theme through from day to night. Having the stress taken off you was a great feeling also. Not having to worry about styling the venue or worrying about anything going wrong because they were downstairs doing everything they could to make our venue look amazing. They were great from start to finish and so helpful, really went above and beyond to make sure it was the best day for us and it really was. I bought my wedding flowers from them so I have the reminder forever of our special day. Couldn’t have asked for a better company on our wedding day.

We hired Shindig to style our venue and do the flowers for our recent wedding. Honestly couldn’t have been happier they really did an amazing job! From start to finish there was lots of discussions and check ins to make sure we were all on the same page. They turned up and set everything up for me the day before the wedding which took the stress out of it for me, and they really nailed the brief. We got loads of compliments about the styling especially the ceiling floral arrangements! Can’t recommend them enough thank you x

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful featuring flowers that meant a lot to relatives that were unable to spend the day with us.

Shindig styled my wedding recently, the team were lovely which we met at the shop and initial consultations were great.

I was left until days before the wedding for a final consultation which felt rushed.

The flowers on the day were disappointing, looked like they were dying, buttonholes unlabelled which caused confusion on the day and some people missing out. My ‘forever bouquet’ at a cost of £150!! turned out to be real… a replica was sent after the wedding however certainly not worth the money and lost the sentiment.

The team began setting up the day before, I found them ignorant. Not one of them came up to me and introduced themselves or acknowledged me or my husband’s presence.

Overall decor was nice, however overpriced to not be perfect.

I met Cristel at a wedding fair and just from a 2 minute conversation there I knew I had to have her and her team as our venue stylist/florist. She made my vision come to life perfectly and did it with ease considering it was the first time she had been to my particular venue. In our initial consultation she went through everything from start to finish at her warehouse in Selby and I thought it was great being able to see a simple mock up of what I wanted. On the day, everyone was commenting how gorgeous the colour scheme was - it was perfect to brighten up a rainy summer day (we had a bright pink scheme) If you love colour, quality, professionalism & a bubbly team, paired with exceptional value for money Shindig is the place to go! Xxx
