Bought the rebel scum and the dark side tshirts. Both in xxl. Rebel scum tshirt fits lovely and is of good quality so far. Will see after a few washes. The dark side tshirt however is much bigger even though its the same size, xxl. Two different gildan models. The print of the dark side logo is also not great quality.customer services is poor and very slow. At first they said I had to pay for return postage but when I reminded them that faulty goods under consumer rights act should be returned at the sellers cost they refunded me postage. It may be that they were busy but it took a week to initially reply. Overall not a great experience.

I ordered 3 shirts for my hubby and he loved them. They suit him to a tee (haha) Funny slogans, good quality and sizing was spot on. We ordered from Australia so they took a few weeks to arrive. The customer service team were helpful via email though. Very happy. Will order again for friends or family.

The guys at shirt box offer a faultless service with excellent customer service. They produced a top quality T shirt for a dear friend to wear at the summit of Kilimanjaro in memory of his Dad. nothing wrong with tee shirt or delivery.
however in the pack they included 4 scratch cards that unfortunately were out of date. so I called shirt box spoke to Keelan on 14th March 2023. he promised to send replacements. 4 phone calls 3 emails later guess what no call back no reply’s to emails and no scratch cards.
Customer service !!!!!!!!! very poor in my opinion.

I ordered three T shirts for my sons 30th birthday, one if them I ordered with the wrong birth year on! I emailed Shirtbox to explain my error, I had a very quick reply and a return label sent which I couldn't print off so they informed me I could hand write the label which I did. I received the new T shirt within a week. T shirts are a generous size (I ordered the large) the colours are bold and the logos printed well. I paid for the return postage which was no problem because it was my mistake. I would order again and recommend.
