I purchased a set of storage unit via The Range of which came from shop4allsorts Ltd. The order was wrong, when I contacted them they claimed it was correct when the unit prices where completely different. I asked for the items to be collected and then they demanded I paid for the postage yet it was their error. Awful customer services,awful company avoid at all costs

What absolutely rubbish service. Ordered goods via the Range but unfortunately this company supplied the goods. only sent two thirds of what was ordered. Chased & have promised to send the shortfall but nothing has arrived.Just an utter waste of time. Would not knowingly do business with them again if I could avoid it.

Great online shop. Received order very quickly. Packed and protected very well and the garden pot tier stand and mini buckets are really nice, and good quality, much better quality than i expected for the bargain price i paid. Would recommend.

I had a very positive experience with this online store. After a shaker pot of azalea feed went missing in transit, which had been ordered through Amazon, this company very courteously sent out a replacement immediately.

Very poor customer services. No reply to email. Goods didnt arrive and those that did were in damaged badly packed boxes. I will never use this company again and would advise others to steer clear of them

Ordered planters from the range and discovered this company were supplying them awful company never received my parcel as it wasnt left in a safe place but to them the customer is always wrong and the range take no responsibility to help customers awful customer service I have no goods no replacement no refund AVOID THIS COMPANY SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE
