Worked out great. Needed ink for my mums Epson printer. Went to a place in Leatherhead that has sadly closed permanently in late September. Then looked this place up through google maps and came. They had one of my cartridges and they are shipping a second on Monday when an order comes in. Cannot ask for better service than that. The man even verified the ink worked with my mums printer before we left by checking online. A gem of a place. Very useful in a crunch, very few places like this are left sadly.

When I turned up the shop door had a note on it saying the owner was out on a delivery. Although I had to wait a while it wasn't a great deal of inconvenience. I paid the going rate for compatible ink cartridges but still a little cheaper than the originals unless you can find a good deal and don't mind waiting for delivery. The shop owner was courteous and professional and was able to help with printer paper too. The shop front is quite small I walked past it a couple of times before I found it. Usimg the local shop will keep these shops accessably in the town.

Such a good service provided by all the staff in-store. They first helped get me up and running in my new office with great call out support, they then saved me loads of money on the high cost of toner cartridges.
