Absolutely amazing service from Jess!
After receiving our haloweel stack (or Mr Pumpking Head as my daughter named him) the level of work and quality was very noticable!
Now 1 month later the stack is still as pristine as the day we got it!! This has stood the test of time of being played with from my 6 year old.
From this level of work and the amazing customer service from Jess iv already got my Christmas stack and my daughters birthday stack ordered too!! Will not be going anywhere else for my baloon needs!

I used Smarties Parties for my son’s joint 1st birthday & baptism celebration, after multiple recommendations from friends and acquaintances.

I contacted Jess and gave her an outline of my ‘theme’. We discussed my budget and expectations and she started to make a plan! My venue was not one that Jess was familiar with, so we arranged to meet there about a month before, and once Jess had the layout of the place, she presented me with her ideas.

Smarties Parties did not disappoint!!!

Jess worked tirelessly, doing what she could of the set up the evening before, helping me to pull everything together, and even coming back on the morning of my event to put the finishing touches.

As well as all of the balloon work, Smarties Parties was able to provide me with chair covers and sashes in my desired colours, a personalised welcome easel, sweetie table accessories (I wanted to hire her candy cart, but couldn’t get it to the upper levels of the venue, so Jess offered a practical alternative) and soft floor tiles for using in the area I wanted to set up as a soft play for the babies.

The party was amazing, and there were so many comments and compliments on the decor. The venue owner was also suitably impressed!

Our party was almost 3 months ago, and since then I’ve had balloons for my own birthday and wedding anniversary. Some of the 1st birthday balloons are still surviving - despite almost daily play by
a one year old and his terrier companion!

I am aware too of other purchases which have been placed by party attendees, and I have already got my Halloween and Christmas stack orders in!!!!

I’ll not go anywhere else now for my balloons or party needs! Thank you Jess and Smarties Parties for helping to make such a memorable occasion xx

Jess (Smarties Parties) did my mums 60th balloon for the start of November, coming into December it is still in perfect condition.
Couldn’t recommend anyone more from ordering, to collecting to the standard of product!

We Won a Halloween stack my niece and nephews loved it!🎈They loved popping the ballon seeing the surprises that was inside. The ballon also lasted for so long we which was so impressed and the ballon stood up and didn’t fall down the whole time. Jess is lovely and the service we had was good. Would definitely use again for ballon’s.

Amazing balloons!!! So much detail goes into every order I have had several birthday stacks from Jess and we always get the Halloween trick or treat stacks and the Easter bunny’s the kids love them 🥰

I had jess decorate my garden for my 30th birthday back in April when she was only doing it this for friends and family from her little "party box" of party decorations, after almost a year of family and friends nagging her to start a business in balloons and party decor shes finally done it and smashing it already!

I had my garden filled with pretty rose gold decorations and 2 balloon stacks, and clusters!

I am very lucky 😍 I cant wait to book in again with Jessica for my daughters birthday in December, this time as a paying customer 😍❤

Jess does the most amazing balloons, she did my sons 1st birthday balloons and they were amazing. I asked for under the sea themed and she smashed it. Ive had many balloons from jess anf theyve just been perfect. Best balloon lady for me, Will 100% order again. 100% recommended to anyone xx
