DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Called , emailed, contacted by social media, says their business is dissolved on companies house but it isn't. Given ample opportunities to respond. Will be taking legal action as an amount was taken for a deposit , due to be returned 7 days after wedding and monies have not been returned as laid out in a contract. No correspondence. Also heard from other customers where the same thing has happened to them. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid.

We hired them for our wedding and they emailed two days after our big demanding £830 for “damages” on top of our original £75 damage deposit. When we booked them they didn’t say anything about paying extra for more damages didn’t mention a single about it! We felt so bad after the women sent us a angry message making us feel so guilty so we sent over £480 stupidly! They sent us a “invoice” for what they was spending the money on, after seeking independent legal help as it felt so wrong us paying it in the first place the legal help said we should ask for you he money back and get proof of receipts of what they spent our money on so we sent email after email after email and they are now just ignoring us! Knowing they was wrong to take our money and can’t prove what they spent it on either. When they was demanding the money off us in the first place they replied within the hour, now they can’t seem to reply to one of my many emails! We have since gotten more legal help and will definitely be getting out money back!
