I've been in a few times recently during the week when there's been little amount of people in and every single time I walk past the staff and larger male manager I'm instantly repulsed by the smell of BO. It smells like a sweaty gym in there. Some of the staff seem to be really ignorant and rude whilst the younger staff don't seem to have any customer service skills. There's about two decent members of staff that I've encountered.
Hygeine should be dealt with. You're selling products for children and babies.

Went for the first time on 16.08.2021 early evening. Great toy store, floor to ceiling shelves full of toys! Toddler walked around in awe!
Everything is clearly sign-posted, wide aisles, bright decor. Can find items easily. Staff were very helpful as we bought a fancy dress and it was missing the headband. Went back in and no questions asked (with receipt) we got another headband.
Store was very tidy and clean. Will return to buy Christmas presents.

Very friendly staff, I witnessed some customers being awkward towards a male staff member today who had asked them to not open the boxes of headphones. The customer seemed to think it was their right to open them and accused the staff member of being rude.
He was not rude in anyway and dealt with the situation extremely well. I think the customer was probably just embarrassed that she'd been caught out.

Though busy for Christmas. Staff are a plenty, pleasant and helpful, which made it much more easier to shop. Will definitely be using the place again for all my toy needs.

Brand new toy store for this retail park. Thought it was expensive to be honest. However, we did pick up a few items for the kids including a huge pirate ship. No air conditioning made it a stuffy and sweaty shopping experience. Let's see what the sales bring. Free parking. Other shops are just a stone's throw away as the shop is located on a retail park.

Poor customer service. Arrived to do Christmas shopping but had no change for a trolley. I asked if they had a token i could buy or borrow a token which they wouldn't do.
In the end i tried tying two baskets together and pull them around. After i had filled the two baskets up i gave up and left it behind and went else where to do my shopping. Will not be shopping at this store again!!

Poor poor and poor , service was so unfriendly all I asked for was where the magician stuff is , and they didn’t even bother pointing me in the right direction, complete waste of time. whatever is the point.

Looking at car seats and three staff just lingering very near by talking to themselves. Not one offered to see if we needed any help. Really poor.
We even walked away to the toys and returned, wondering if they were just busy. But instead, they were talking about the car seats to themselves (in a chit chat manner). We passed another staff member who had really poor hygiene. At that point, we decided it was not the place for us and left.
Within seconds of being in Halfords, someone came over, talked us through every spec and what we were looking for. Much better experience.
